Stefano Marcato

In the 1970's on the island of Murano in Italy, Federico de Majo had a strong interest in designing beautiful hand blown and artistic glass. This passion for art glass stemmed mostly from his family's glass-making business. Thus, he took over his family's business and dedicated his life to creating stunning art glass.

Federico de Majo's projects include successful glass lighting designs manufactured by Nemo and Meltemi, such as the Norma Collection, which features sleek linear wall lamps. His styles are ideal for task lighting, as they emit great light intensity with low energy emissions.
