According to Christian Deuber, "The properties of light bulbs and lighting bodies and their aesthetic and lighting effects fascinate me." His fascination has resulted in a number of notable modern lighting designs for several renowned companies in the lighting design industry, including ClassiCon, Fontana Arte, Driade, Pallucco, and light and space nanoo by plastic fiber.

Deuber's works have been awarded several national and international design prizes. Designed for Pallucco, his Tube Lamp was developed around the idea of integrating a power saving lamp unobtrusively into the living area. He currently works at his studio in Lucerne, Switzerland, where he exhibits his current projects, prototypes, and lighting designs.

Pallucco:
