He worked and has experience in different product industrial sectors but decided to devote himself to the design of projecting lamps and planning and furnishing exhibitions and museums.
Giancarlo Fassina cooperated with the most important companies in the lighting sector, Luceplan included, for which he created the Birzi Table Lamp together with Carlo Forcolini.
