Since 1982, Hannes Wettstein has researched, developed and designed interiors, furniture and other products that explore the different areas of life. Since 1991 he has taught at the ETH of Zurich, and the Hochschule fur Gestaltung in Karlsruhe. Hannes Wettstein has designed sets for television shows, hotel interiors, physiologically optimal office spaces, living spaces, and complete concepts for retail businesses. Furthermore, Wettstein has done scenographic productions for numerous renowned and international companies, public institutions as well as private clients.

He started to work for Cassina in 1994 with his Juno bed, and has recently released several other works of art, including the Columba Wall Sconce, in 2003. The Wettstein mission is to develop all mandated projects with detailed consideration of the current brand culture of clients, and to strengthen various clients’ position(s) within respective industries.
