The PH Artichoke (1958) is a 360-degree glare free luminaire created by 72 leaves, which shield the light source. The leaves also redirect and reflect the light onto the underlying leaves, giving distinct, unique illumination. This classic masterpiece displays the 72 “leaves” placed on 12 steel arches. The light source is not visible from any angle and was originally designed for a restaurant in Copenhagen.
